Unlock Love & Transformation with The 5th Quarter by Tori Eversmann

I am a wife and a mother who is deeply rooted in family and my relationship with the Divine first. The Divine does not want us to be lonely, but rather that we are meant to be happy, that we are meant to love every step, and every breath we take. Joy comes when we connect with others.

I empower women and men to step through the doorway to bring love into a world in a way that only they can.

Why The Huddle was Created?

There’s this notion that if we are better, do more, faster, stronger, and once you’re fixed or rich or thinner or healthier, then you can have a true  companion/relationship. Despite “social media” and dating apps, many people continue to struggle to find intimacy: the ability to be one’s authentic self with another, perhaps the way we were when we were with our teammates. A huddle prompts companionship. Companionship evokes and inspires growth in the bad times and the good, it is found in the balance of conversation, aligns values, leads with love, and infuses authenticity.

After being a collegiate athlete myself and the mother to a Division I volleyball player, I worked with athletes who wanted a more seamless transition from the “I am an athlete identity” into a personal, empowered post-sport identity. Simultaneously, I noticed there seems to be grief from the loss of teammates and teamwork post-sport. Ultimately this lesson lead me to understand the grief of loneliness, not only with athletes, but all humans who struggle and crave connection.

We go most of our lives never really meeting ourselves or understanding our purpose. You can spend your entire life running away from yourself and your suffering if you blame it on circumstance.

If you really feel like you have something to give to the world, you have to do everything to put yourself in a position to give it. What needs to happen for you to live the life of your dreams?

You have to learn to trust yourself – alignment with your priorities is conducive to you living on purpose. But no one has given you the tools to relax into your vulnerabilities. Until now.

My strong belief: The planet needs you to live the life you deserve.
